Jeremiah 51:13-15

¹³ You who live by many waters,
you who are rich in treasures,
your end has come,
the full measure^[a] of your violence.
¹⁴ The Lord of Armies has sworn by himself:
Surely I will fill you with men,
as if I were filling you with locusts.
They will raise the shout of victory over you.

¹⁵ He is the One who made the earth by his power
and established the world by his wisdom.
By his understanding he stretched out the heavens.
